What Justine represents
Everything Justine does is with intent; the logo is no exception to this.
Red dot: The red dot in the bottom right-hand corner represents our own seed of growth. It’s red because of the desire for action.
Blue circle under both other shapes: As the main part of the image, the blue circle is us, as individuals, growing much larger than the red seed and beyond the transparent square in the top and left of the logo.
The transparent square: This round-edged “squircle” which covers the dot and most of the circle is the invisible box we put ourselves in. The box which we can push past.
We each have our own seed or desire to grow, and we certainly have unique boxes that we have put ourselves in, those pesky self-beliefs about who we are and who we should be.
If you have ever imagined a different version of you, with support, knowledge and some accountability, you can be that person.

"Justine is warm, and easy to talk to- creating a professional yet comfortable safe space that allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I have had the lovely opportunity to work with her as both a peer, and as a coachee. She is excellent at helping to break down ideas, goals, and emotions, providing clarity and direction.
Through our sessions, I’ve gained more clarity on my path and feel a stronger sense of self-assurance and confidence. Each session leaves me with practical insights and a renewed sense of purpose. Recommended to anyone looking for a coach who combines professionalism with genuine care and expertise."

1:1 Coaching Client
I have had a number of sessions with Justine over the last year. She helped me identify my priorities when returning to work after a break. She encouraged me back to these values which helped me focus my applications. We’ve also had some sessions on interview skills and practice interviews, which were particularly useful for video interviews that were quite a new and daunting experience for me.
Her genuine interest in my answers and her knowledgeable guidance of what the interviewer could be looking for has given me confidence when faced with similar interview situations in real life and to not panic when under pressure.
I whole heartedly recommend working with Justine, she has the right amount of professionalism mixed with genuine kindness and thoughtfulness to put you at ease but to also get the results you want.

Justine is honestly one of the most humble, ethical, and genuine coaches I’ve met. I recently joined her Best Boss session, it was so engaging and insightful. She has such a down to earth way of connecting with people, which makes learning from her feel really natural. Highly recommend her sessions.

Assistant VP, Group Learning and Development
Working with Justine has been a really positive experience. She is friendly, professional, and very supportive, creating a space where it’s easy to learn and reflect.
Her coaching style combines practical leadership knowledge with genuine encouragement, which makes the training both useful and confidence-building. In the group coaching setting, we were able to bounce ideas off each other, which added extra perspective and made the sessions even more valuable. Together we identified areas we wanted to improve, set clear goals, and were coached on how to achieve them.
What I valued most was that the process encouraged us to come up with our own solutions, rather than being told what to do.
Fern
Business Owner and Group Coaching Client
We recently brought Justine in to provide coaching for a team member, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by her thoughtful, approachable, and supportive style.
From the outset, Justine took the time to meet with both of us, helping set expectations and making the process feel clear and comfortable. She went above and beyond to understand the individual, our organisation (Emmaus), and the unique challenges of working in the homelessness sector — which can be complex and emotionally demanding.
The feedback from the team member has been incredibly positive, and it’s been so rewarding to see the personal and professional growth that’s come from the coaching.
Working with Justine has been a pleasure — the impact has been clear, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. Thank you, Justine!
